Retro Realty is an independent boutique style real estate company that was established by Sacramento native, Demetria Adams.  

We service the entire county with an emphasis in S. Sac and the city of Elk Grove.

Retro was named after the type of service it seeks to provide.  You’ve heard the old saying, “They don’t make em like they used to”.  That was a reference to how things a long time ago used to be made and done with quality and care.  Do you remember full-service gas stations?  The attendant would come to your car and ask what kind of gas you wanted; pump your gas first; clean your windows; and then take your payment all while you waited in your car?  Today that type of gas station is obsolete but the service doesn’t have to be.  Retro is looking to bring that quality of service back to the industry; human service that cares.  We live in a microwave society with the emergence of internet tools that are to take the place of agents.  Websites are not coded to handle unique problems nor can they share empathy and urgency but we can.

In order for Retro to stick by its name and what it stands for, we will remain a boutique with a short list of clients at any given time.   Larger companies are focused on client acquisition and that’s when service gets compromised.  No one person or home is the same so the way we handle one transaction from the next will not be the same.  You call our number and you will reach your agent directly rather than being screened by a receptionist or worse, going through a call tree.
