Once you are pre-approved and are comfortable with a price, I will find matches using your criteria through the MLS. I will send you email alerts of new listings as well as price reductions of properties that previously caught your eye. If you choose to be in the driver’s seat, I can set up an account for you to do your own searches whenever you like. Once you spot a few gems online, Retro will take you on a personal guided tour of those properties to see whether you can envision your next holiday dinner or Sunday football party!
Price Negotiations:
Buyers should never go into a deal unarmed. Retro Realty is your best weapon. We will give you market data and go over price strategies tailored to the current market behaviors.
Inspections and Repair Negotiations:
